Life Lately…

 

Now that we’re over halfway through October, it’s starting to feel a little like we’ve just crested the top of a roller-coaster, in terms of the imminent arrival of our baby… The past few months have plodded along, but now time seems to be picking up pace somewhat!

Project 365/Y5: Days 92-98

 

As seems to have become my usual, here I am with a rather delayed week of photographs from the 28th of May to the 3rd of June. It was a tricky little week full of ups and downs, but I muddled through with the love and support of some of my favourite people in the world. We must look onwards and upwards, however, so here’s some of what I got up to in photo-form..!

Photo an Hour: 7th May, 2016

 

It feels crazy how much time is flying by for me right now – it feels like the day I took these photos was yesterday, whereas in actual fact it was two weeks ago tomorrow! The day was spent relaxing at home mostly, but also saw a trip to B&Q and Waitrose (with poor Jack leading me along like a bit of a lost lamb, as I was feeling quite rough!) and our very first BBQ on our roof terrace. It was a beautiful, sunny day and we had a grand time in the sunshine… We even managed to fit a catflap for Barns and Ginger!

Life lately…

 

We’re over halfway through February, and I’m now nearing┬áthe halfway point of this academic year. It feels simultaneously like I just started at university a month ago, like I’ve been studying midwifery forever and for barely any time at all, like I’ve learnt tons and yet I have so much to learn!
